Programın Amacı
The aim of the Land Registry and Cadastre Program is to train LAND REGISTRY TECHNICIANS who are experts in the legal and technical aspects of basic cartography and cadastre applications as well as land registry applications, and who are knowledgeable in integrated land registry and cadastre applications, and have a say in land registry and basic map applications.
Education
Our education period within the scope of the associate degree is 2 (two) years and consists of 4 (four) semesters. The education and training, which is given for 14 weeks per semester and a total of 56 weeks, mostly takes place as practical applications both in the field and through relevant programs. Each of our students must complete a Mandatory Internship Work consisting of 30 working days.
The profession of land registry and cadastre requires teamwork both in the field and in the office. Therefore, those who want to enter the profession are expected to love teamwork and enjoy nature. In addition, these individuals should not have any mental or physical disabilities that would prevent them from working in nature.
Job Potential for Our Graduates
Our department graduates work in the private sector and public institutions with the title of Land Registry Technician.
Graduates can perform tasks that can assist the plans and field applications created by the cadastral engineer.
Land registry and cadastre graduates have the opportunity to easily find jobs in public institutions such as the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, Highways, DSİ, TEK, Ministry of Public Works and Settlement, İller Bank, municipalities, as well as in contractor firms and companies that provide services such as mapping, parceling, zoning plans, roads, and dams.
Land registry and cadastre graduates were appointed with a minimum score of 73 in the KPSS 2023 placement.

At the end of the 1st year fall semester, 10 of our successful students gain the chance to study the Mapping and Cadastre program simultaneously.
They graduate with 2 diplomas with 10 additional courses.
